FuelFrog is a great tool that will help you track your gas mileage. All you need to input are how many miles you drove since your last fill up, the price per gallon you are currently paying for gas, and how many gallons of gas you are filling your tank with. Each time you update, you will get basic statistics of your cars fuel efficiency. This should help you gain some insight on how aggressive you have been with driving in comparison to previous refuels.
You can also combine this tool with Twitter to allow you to update your account via text message. Very convenient to do while waiting for that tank to fill up.
